IIBA's Board of Trustees is working on the institute's strategic direction first and on technology only after that: know who we are before creating a new face outward. This project follows the same order.
We bring to this work something that matters: decades of immersion in IIBA and Bioenergetic Analysis, combined with extensive hands-on experience in systems development across projects of every scale — from small, agile teams to large, complex organisations.
As a Team we understand the body of this work not just intellectually, but from the inside.
We also carry specialisations that are rarely found alongside technical capability. Our grounding in Organisational Psychology, and in particular our focus on cohesion — the art and discipline of helping small teams truly thrive, trust one another, and move together with purpose — means we can support not only what IIBA builds, but how the people building it hold together through the process.
Above all, we want to see IIBA succeed in developing a strategy that ensures a joyous, grounded, and richly human journey — one that brings Bioenergetic Analysis meaningfully into the modern world, speaks to where people are hurting, and addresses the critical pains that have quietly accumulated over time. Strategy here is not a corporate exercise. It is an act of care for something worth preserving and evolving.
Starting does require a commitment — but a small one. There is no large investment, no binding to a proprietary system, and no all-or-nothing decision. The VEGR.AI platform is open and scalable: IIBA can begin with a single small step, test it, try different approaches, and expand only when the results justify it. The tools are the same ones NIBI uses every day, offered as practical help with the strategy work already under way.
This is not untested technology. Vegvisr.org has been the first World Founder on the platform, with three years of continuous development and testing and over 1,200 knowledge graphs built to date — spanning 140 meta areas and 299 categories — a living proof point that the system works at scale and across diverse domains in daily use, not just in demos.

This webpage or suggestion came out of the meeting between Nina Schubert (IIBA) and Tor Arne Håve (NIBI / VEGR.AI) on 14 September 2026. The recording, transcript and a screen-share walkthrough of that meeting , you will find it in the Portfolio section on the bottom of this page.
The example
IIBA's Board of Trustees is working on the institute's strategic direction first and on technology only after that: know who we are before creating a new face outward. This project follows the same order.
This page is simply an example of how a single meeting transcription can be woven into something living — a page, a portfolio, a collaborative arena with layered capabilities. It is just one small part of the whole VEGR.AI system, but it shows what we can build together, and how quickly something meaningful can take shape.
We are, at our core, a knowledge-first system — and that means we honor human knowledge, human rhythm, natural rhythm, and grounding. This system was born out of Bioenergetic work: slow, steady, grounded patience, and what Alexander Lowen might have recognized when he wrote that Joy is not a station you arrive at, but a manner of traveling.
That is precisely how we move. Not in great leaps, but in small, deliberate baby steps — each one celebrated, each day honored for what it offers. We believe that the deepest intelligence does not rush. It listens. It roots itself before it reaches upward. And it finds genuine joy not at the destination, but in the quality of presence brought to every small moment along the way.
This is not just a philosophy. It is the architecture of everything we build.
What we heard
From the IIBA Society Directors meeting, its breakout group, and the conversation on 14 September:
Competition from other body-oriented approaches, and the need to say clearly what makes bioenergetic analysis distinct.
Shared marketing resources. Small societies cannot produce professional material on their own.
Support for local societies. Several run on very small budgets and look for project or funding help.
Recognition by health authorities is a challenge many societies share.
Lost voices. What is said in meetings and breakout rooms disappears when the call ends; nothing is recorded or summarised.
Strategy and ecosystem. IIBA is rethinking its strategy, including marketing and how members and directors connect. The social media committee struggles with content and design.
Start small. Nina's view: begin with a very small step and build on its success.
Two ways to start
Route A
Strategy Listening Space
What it is. Help with the strategy conversation IIBA is already having. With everyone's consent, one Board or directors' conversation is recorded, transcribed and turned into a structured, searchable summary, readable in English and other languages. Societies that were not in the room can answer two or three strategic questions in their own language, by voice or text, and their answers land in the same shared view.
What it costs IIBA. One recorded conversation and a short list of questions. No software to install and no data to migrate.
What IIBA gets within 30 days. A synthesis of what directors and societies said, grouped by theme and language, that every Board member can read and search, so no voice from the breakout rooms is lost again.
Data. Recording only with explicit consent. Client and clinical material stays out. Everything can be deleted at IIBA's request.
Route B
Directors' Circle
What it is. The pilot Nina suggested on 14 September: a private chat group for society directors on Hallo Vegvisr, used between the annual meetings. Directors' calls can be recorded and transcribed into the group's shared knowledge, so ideas and decisions stay available to everyone, including those who could not attend.
What it costs IIBA. Directors' time to join and try it. The Cloudflare infrastructure starts free and costs about 5 USD a month once data is in use.
What IIBA gets within 30 days. A working directors' channel with its first meeting captured, and first-hand experience of whether this way of working suits IIBA, before any decision about platforms.
Later routes — Shared Voice and Living Heritage
Named here so the direction is visible. Not proposed for now.
C — Shared Voice. Social media posts and a common "What is Bioenergetic Analysis?" kit, generated from existing knowledge and translated, for the social media committee and small societies. Best started once the strategic direction is clear.
D — Living Heritage. The journal Bioenergetic Analysis as searchable knowledge, by author, topic and language. Needs agreement on rights and permissions first.
E — Workshop Preparation 2027. Build the content, structure, and interactive materials for the IIBA workshop in 2027 well in advance — session outlines, knowledge graphs for each topic, and collaborative exercises — so the workshop delivers real, usable outputs from day one. Raised by Garet at the previous meeting.
The ladder — from guest project to IIBA's own World
IIBA moves up a step only when it chooses to.

After the Board meeting: if the Board wants to try, choose one conversation for Route A and the first directors for Route B.
Mid/late October: follow-up meeting, with Arild Hafstad and Maiken Sneeggen joining from the VEGR.AI side, to look at first results alongside IIBA's strategic findings.

IIBA Knowledge Base
Published knowledge graphs from the IIBA project represent a collaborative knowledge ecosystem emerging from the partnership between IIBA, Universi AS, NIBI — Norsk Institutt for Bioenergetikk, and Aliveness LAB AS.
Members registered for this DEMO environment have full access to the complete range of platform capabilities, including the ability to create and publish their own knowledge graphs, articles, and webpages — making this a genuinely open and generative space for exploration and contribution.
That said, we warmly recommend beginning your journey with a guided training path through Aliveness LAB. This foundational step is designed to give you a smooth, well-grounded orientation to the system — helping you develop an intuitive feel for how to navigate, structure, and test its capabilities in a way that is both meaningful and effective.
Articles, knowledge graphs, and other contributions can be added to this demo knowledge base freely and at any time, allowing the shared body of knowledge to grow organically as members engage, experiment, and publish. Think of this space as a living document — one that deepens and expands with every contribution made by the community it serves.
